OK! Fine! I Get It!

This is my usual reaction when I get to read articles on dieting and losing weight. As you can see, most of these articles are telling me to eat a balance diet and do regular exercise. So, the lazy person in me reacts furiously! LOL!!

Anyway, aside from planning to take in some diet pills, I am planning to run some short distances around the neighborhood. Not for losing weight purposes but to get healthy. I can feel that my body is already rusted; that if I do some extraneous exercises it would get busted and breakdown. So, I am planning to make a run or two at least once a week just to work on my cardio needs.

And because I am planning to run, I have been checking out running shoes womens tab on every discount shops online. I want to buy a new pair as a way to excite me to run again (an excuse to run again… hehehe). Anyway, some running shoes I wanted are not yet on sale, maybe on summer they will be. LOL!!! So that means I will start running this summer. Hahaha…

  1. yeah, i know how you feel. Just gets into your nerve seeing super thin women (girls like heidi klum whose back to their old slim bodies 2 months after birth, how real and natural is that?). Its not because we’re lazy or anything, there’s just better things to worry than losing weight, that’s all.

  2. yeah, so right!!!! it’s so frustrating to know that some women are still having whistle-bait figures after giving birth!!! arrrggghhh! i’m going to run come august! hahahah! already a follower here!
